Man shot in Maine by ICE was not intended target of warrant, official says

 The man fatally shot by a federal immigration agent in Maine was not the target of the warrant the officers were executing, according to Maine Sen. Angus King. It marks the second deadly ICE-involved shooting in less than a week. Pierre Thomas reports....Watch full video here
